SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
Your shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the method you choose when you check out. The shipping fees charged are for delivery to the address provided on the checkout form. If you have your package redirected to another address, you will be liable for an additional fee of not less than $10. We are happy to ship to your work address or any other convenient address, if requested on the order form.

We cannot instruct UPS to leave a package without a signature, or to hide it in a specific place. You may leave a note for the driver on your door if you like. (You�ll receive an email from UPS the day your package ships, with the tracking # and estimated delivery date.)

DELIVERY TIME
We endeavor to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt, except those received Friday through Sunday, which will be shipped the following Monday. Regular shipping arrives in 2-10 days (excluding weekends and holidays) depending upon distance from our warehouse in Oregon. Expedited shipments take 3-4 days maximum anywhere in the lower "lower 48" (excluding weekends and holidays. AK, HI, VI, PR, APO, FPO and Canada ship at the expedited rate, but can take a few additional days to arrive.

Please note: orders to Canada are often delayed in Customs, and cannot be tracked. Allow up to 30 days for delivery. If time is essential, please contact us for other options such as Global Priority or UPS, available at additional cost.

FOREIGN ORDERS
We regret that we will no longer be able to ship orders to any countries other than Canada and the US.

HEAVY SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges for large or heavy items are determined by actual size and weight of the package. Orders which contain overweight items are denoted by two asterisks ** to the right of their names.

RESTRICTIONS
Products marked "ORM-D" cannot be shipped outside the continental U.S.

PAYMENT
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for online orders. If ordering through the mail, we also accept money orders, certified checks, or personal checks. Credit card users please provide your complete billing address, and a ship to address, if different. Orders paid by personal check will be subject to a 10 day delay in shipment.

BACKORDERS
We go to great extremes to stock the largest selection anywhere, and our order fill rate is exceptionally good. Occasionally some products are hard to source. We don't ship backorders, but if requested can e-mail you when a particular item is back in stock.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
To save on both cost and waste, we often recycle boxes and packing materials. Please open and carefully check through all boxes before contacting us regarding problems. Discrepancies or damage must be reported within 48 hours. Please retain boxes and packing materials until resolved.

WARRANTIES
The only warranties offered are those of the manufacturers. Most manufacturers offer basic warranties against defects in material or manufacture. Warrantees do not cover damage due to abuse or misuse, or normal wear and tear. Shimano and Campagnolo do not offer any warrantee on their tools.
