 How to Use Our Online Store |
BROWSING THE PRODUCT CATEGORIES
To view or order from the various products we have to offer, simply click on a department tab at the top and then choose a category from the navigation bar to the left to narrow your selection even more. Many items have additional information available about the product, accessible by clicking the item's name. To order, enter the quantity of the item, then click "Add To Cart."
MODIFYING ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER
To view your current cart contents, click the "View Cart or Checkout" button located in the upper right of the top menu bar. You will then see the contents of your current order and you can also modify any items' quantities. To delete an item entirely from your order, enter 0.
YOUR SHOPPING CART
Cookies must be enabled in your browser to shop at our site. Your cart contents will be saved for a period of 24 hours so you can leave your order and come back to it at a later time to check out. If you do not check out within 24 hours, your shopping cart contents will be deleted.
CHECKING OUT
If you are finished adding items to your order, click the "View Cart or Checkout" button located in the upper right of the top menu bar. You will be taken to the checkout steps where you will enter your shipping and billing information. When finished filling out the form, click "Submit Order" at the bottom and your order will be sent!
CUSTOMER SERVICE
We are open Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific time for phone orders or questions. You may place orders on the web site or by fax at any time. Please be sure to provide a daytime phone or fax number, or e-mail address.
